Outside of code, I coach competitive swimming — was a public school teacher - and currently help teach and run the youth program at my local church.

Requirements Refinement
I take responsability for the refinement of requirements so that the first pass to a customer is a fully thought out and cleanly integrated feature saving development time by at least 50%.
Outcome Ownership
Changes happen in the development process, from new discoveries, intentional direction changes, or market feedback. Those are all fantastic and lead to a better product. My commitment is to the final product that makes sense and I'm always on board as a team player!
